LMH Appraisal, Inc. is a real estate appraisal company located in Faribault, Minnesota. It is currently a six-person operation -- including four appraisers and two support staff. The company owner and founder -- Larry Harn, SRA -- is a certified general real property appraiser specializing in residential, commercial, retail/office, industrial and vacant land properties. Mr. Harn is also FHA and VA certified.

If you plan on selling or are buying real estate -- a real estate appraisal by an independent licensed appraiser is a wise investment. We can give you an estimate of your property's current fair market value. We can also inspect the property for any required repairs or improvements to maximize your value and also meet all requirements for financing.
